Sue VanDootingh, O.D.


Dr. Sue VanDootingh has worked part-time for the Parschauer Eye Center since 2011. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1982. After practicing in Loudonville, Ohio and teaching at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, she moved back closer to her hometown of Sandusky. She is a member of the Ohio and American Optometric Associations.

Dr. VanDootingh and family live in Port Clinton where she has practiced since 1987. She enjoys bicycling and travel.

Dr. VanDootingh is a member of VOSH-Ohio with whom she has gone on short term missions to examine eyes and provide eyeglasses in Central America. She is also a member of the Port Clinton Lions Club and donates eye exams to their vision mission.
